ARCCO e-Bulletin
This issue of ARCCO's e-bulletin contains the latest agendas along with travel and accommodation information and a handy checklist to assist you in planning for two action packed days in Toronto next week. We look forward to seeing all of the artist-run centres in Ontario represented at these events.
Members' Forum on Monday, September 16 and AGM on Tuesday, September 17 in TORONTO.
As directors of artist-run centres, we face a double challenge. As managers, we lack some of the resources that are available in other types of institutions, and as employees, we often lack the essential support systems, such as benefits and pensions, which are now taken for granted in most employment situations. The membership of ARCCO has asked for more opportunities to exchange information, discuss issues and develop solutions for common problems. To ensure that these meetings are productive, we have confirmed the participation of knowledgeable resource people and representatives of funding bodies who will present information and respond to our questions. You won't want to miss this valuable opportunity.
