Spotlight on HR: THE ART OF MANAGING PEOPLE WORKSHOP
ONE-DAY WORKSHOP ON THE INTERPERSONAL SKILLS OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Jun 18, 2008
10:00 am to 5:00 pm
In the arts and culture sector people are our greatest assets. Learning
how to get the best out of people is the objective of “The Art of
Managing People”. This one-day workshop has been developed as a
template for anybody who manages people, whether it is a team of
artists, a mix of volunteers and professionals or board members. This
workshop is about getting the best people and keeping them. This
workshop starts with the notion that we all have had good experiences in
these areas and that by sharing those experiences and by thinking about
the ideal work environment, we develop tips and ideas to integrate into
our own workplace.
